What shown above is the thin film transistor array on glass substrate which one of the usage part can be used in creating devices which need to have display. So, from this research and development, what I think is the television, handphone, ipod, e-book, etc will only as thin as a plastic only. So, you have a device, one thick plastic, transparent transistors build from nanotubes with no conventional transistor anymore. It's very brilliant invention, but according to the researchers, it's a starting points for them to invent a real transistor.
